Christopher Ducanson-Hales, University of Sudbury

Dr. Christopher Duncanson-Hales teaches in the Departments of Philosophy and Religious Studies at the University of Sudbury at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. Chris’ PhD in systematic and historical theology from Saint Paul University (2011) is in the field of postcolonial theological hermeneutics in the context globalization. Chris co-chairs the American Academy of Religion’s International Development and Religion Program Group and serves on the editorial board for The Routledge Research in Religion and Development series both of which focus on the diverse ways in which religious values, teachings and practices interact with international development.
