<p class="p1">Social and development programs often struggle to achieve genuine transparency, multi-directional accountability, and sustainable outcomes. Participatory monitoring and evaluation (P-M&E) has emerged as a promising approach to address these challenges by actively involving community members, participants, and local stakeholders in assessing the progress of the project. This paper will assess if such inclusive engagement fosters transparency, accountability, and sustainability through the increased community ownership.</p>Gabriel Feldman
