Submission Instructions

The Columbia Business Law Review publishes twice a year during the fall and spring. Our Spring 2022 issue is full at this time. CBLR begins reviewing submissions for publication in our fall and spring issues in March and July, respectively.

CBLR accepts submissions through Scholastica. Authors should include with their submission:

An electronic copy of the article in Microsoft Word format;
A cover letter; and
A CV or Resume.

Manuscript citations must conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Submissions from current students will not be considered.
