We accept submissions on a rolling basis, although it is best to submit by mid-August to be reviewed for the Fall issue and by early November to be reviewed for the Spring issue.

Review Process:

All submitted manuscripts that are considered in the scope of the Journal undergo a single-anonymous peer review process, which means that while peer reviewer identities are kept confidential, author identities are made known to reviewers.

Request to Expedite Review:

Authors may request an expedited review of a submission when faced with a deadline for response to another publication offer.  Requests for expedited review may be made through ExpressOScholastica, or via email to Requests for expedited review should include:

  1. Authors’ names, email addresses, and direct phone numbers
  2. Submission title
  3. Existing offer and deadline
  4. Date by which the author would like a response

We will endeavor to accommodate expedited review requests, although we may ask the author to request an extension from the publication that extended their existing offer. We wish to ensure that each author receives a full and adequate review.
