Columbia University's Student Journal for the Study of Human Rights (SJSHR) is an open-access peer-reviewed journal that showcases students’ research and academic studies in the field of human rights. SJSHR is a publishing platform for all undergraduate and graduate students from all universities. It is an interdisciplinary Journal that creates more space and visibility for Columbia students to publish and serves as an educational tool that deepens critical thinking in the field of human rights studies.
